Lisa is the current statewide director of Virginia APEX Accelerator. She previously served as the Statewide Director of the Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC) for the Connecticut PTAC and, prior to that, as Statewide Director with the Ohio Department of Development, after serving as PTAC Director for the Northwest Commission of Pennsylvania. Before joining the PTAC (now APEX Accelerator) community, Lisa was a Contracting Officer for Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
